Mortgage Operations Coordinator | Credito This is an entry-level, client-facing operations role within the mortgage and credit industry.

Credito, a fintech company specializing in credit and mortgage solutions, is looking for a motivated graduate to join our team as an Account Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop professionally in the fields of credit, mortgages and financial services.

About the role

As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of mortgage cases following initial approval and coordinate the process through to the release of funds.

You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, manage documentation and timelines, and work closely with banks, financial institutions and professional stakeholders.

This is a client-facing and operational role. It is not a sales position and does not involve lead generation or selling financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mortgage cases from initial approval through completion

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and provide clear updates throughout the process

• Build trust and deliver a professional, personal and transparent client experience

• Collect, review and complete required documentation

• Coordinate processes with banks, non-bank lenders, law firms, appraisers and relevant authorities

• Work closely with underwriting, legal and customer service teams

• Identify missing information, delays, risks and operational gaps

• Understand the financial analysis behind each case and its implications

• Manage multiple cases, priorities and deadlines simultaneously

• Drive internal and external stakeholders toward successful completion of each transaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration with a finance specialization, or another relevant financial field — mandatory

• Recent graduates with no previous professional experience are welcome to apply

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Service-oriented approach and ability to build trust with clients

• Assertiveness and ability to lead processes involving multiple stakeholders

• Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to understand financial information and analysis

• Ability to work independently, identify issues and take initiative

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Excellent written and spoken Hebrew

• Availability for a full-time, on-site position

Advantages

• Experience in customer service, account management or transaction coordination

• Experience in banking, credit or another financial environment

• Familiarity with mortgages, loans, real estate or property appraisal

• Experience in consulting, complex sales or working with multiple professional stakeholders

No previous experience in mortgages is required. Professional training will be provided.
