Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.Foster a culture of innovation by coaching your team on leveraging advanced technologies (like AI/ML)to solve complex user challenges.

• Own and oversee the definition of product roadmaps and complex portfolios for strategic product areas. Advocate Waze’s integration into the AI era by setting the long-term outlook and guiding your team to identify and scale high-impact AI opportunities across the portfolio.

• Own development and secure buy-in for a product outlook that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction. Own Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) by overseeing collaboration with partner teams during product design.

• Oversee validation of market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic opportunity, business).

• Participate in Waze community meetups and office hours, actively presenting to and engaging with the Waze communities.
