תיאום בין גורמים מקצועיים: יועצים, קבלנים, ספקים, מנהלי מחלקות וגופים רגולטוריים
אחריות לניהול תקציבי פרויקטים - תכנון, מעקב ובקרה
הכנת מפרטים טכניים, כתבי כמויות, וביצוע מכרזים רלוונטיים
פיקוח על עבודות תשתית, חשמל, מיזוג אוויר, אינסטלציה, בינוי ושיפוצים
הקפדה על עמידה בתקנים הנדסיים, בטיחותיים וסביבתיים
ייזום פרויקטים לשיפור מערכות ותשתיות קיימות
ניהול ממשקי עבודה עם רשויות, ספקים וגורמי פנים בארגון
