In this role you will be a part of mechanical R&D team and will be involved in the R&D process of the Electromechanical designs of Utron products, support the integration and testing process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design complex mechanical systems and assemblies from concept to mass production.
• Perform engineering calculations, strength analyses (FEA), and select appropriate materials and components.
• Lead integrated design processes involving electrical, control, and electronics systems.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, manufacturing and assembly specifications, and guide subcontractors.
• Support prototype development, drive experimental testing, and assist in validation and integration processes.
• Work closely with electrical, control, and quality teams during new product development and existing product optimization.
• Troubleshoot root causes failures and implements engineering improvements in production and assembly processes.
• Travel abroad when required.
Requirements and skills:
• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized academic institution.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design in a development environment.
• Proficient in SolidWorks – 3D modeling and drawing.
• Proven knowledge in mechanism design, precision design, rigid body design, and complex integrated systems.
