Mertens Malam Team is looking for a Network Technician to join a leading organization in Be'er Sheva for a large-scale network infrastructure upgrade project.
Key Responsibilities
Install new network switches in communication cabinets
Disconnect and reconnect network cabling
Map ports and configure VLANs
Transfer switch configurations and perform post-installation validation
Work with VLAN, SSH, and Trunk technologies
Carry out multiple switch replacements daily with full professional training and ongoing support throughout the project
Requirements
Ability to perform physical installation and replacement of network switches in communication cabinets
Experience or knowledge of port mapping, VLAN configuration, and configuration migration
Ability to read and understand configuration files and identify Access and Trunk ports
Experience performing network validation tests and troubleshooting connectivity issues in real time
