      We are looking for a talented PMO to join a leading enterprise organization and support strategic Information Systems projects.

      Responsibilities

      • Support and manage the department's project portfolio and work plan.

      • Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including Project Managers, Development teams, and business customers.

      • Manage and monitor project budgets, schedules, scope, and overall project performance.

      • Collaborate with department managers on budget planning, change management, and plan-versus-actual tracking.

      • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.

      • Monitor project risks and provide ongoing governance and control over the work plan.

      • Perform resource planning and allocation based on project priorities, including release planning and balancing.

      • Track release progress and collaborate with team leaders to monitor task status and ensure timely delivery.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, or a related field – required.

      • At least 2 years of experience as a PMO in Information Systems projects.

      • Experience working as a PMO in a large enterprise organization.

      • Experience in the insurance industry – an advantage.

      • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.

      • Full proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

      • Hands-on experience working with Jira.

      • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and methodologies.

      • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

      • Strong self-learning capabilities.
