Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Prioritize, organize, and streamline daily meetings and schedules for the CEO, ensuring seamless operations across global territories.
Evening Availability: Maintain responsiveness during evening hours to handle urgent schedule changes or international updates across different time zones.
Global Travel Logistics: Manage and optimize all corporate travel bookings, flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the global team across multiple regions.
Requirements:
