תיאור המשרה: ניתוח פיננסי והוצאה לפועל של עסקאות מימון מורכבות.
התפקיד כולל:
- ניתוח בקשות מימון במגוון תחומים בדגש על בחינת כושר שירות חוב.
- ניתוח סיכונים/סיכויים, כתיבת בקשות אשראי תוך מתן המלצות
- ניהול כלל הממשקים המעורבים בעסקה לגיבוש הסכמי מימון והוצאה לפועל של העסקה
- ביצוע ומעקב אחרי דוחות חודשיים/ רבעוניים /שנתיים
- בקרות שוטפות על תיק האשראי
דרישות התפקיד:
- תואר ראשון כלכלי/פיננסי - חובה
- ניסיון משמעותי של לפחות 4 שנים בתחום האשראי העסקי לרבות הובלה עצמאית של
עסקאות- חובה.
- ניסיון בקריאה וניתוח דוחות כספיים/ ניתוח מודלים כלכליים - חובה
- יכולות אנליטיות וניתוח גבוהות
- יכולת ביטוי גבוהה בע"פ ובכתב
- עצמאות - יכולת למידה יזומה ועצמאית, יכולת הנעת תהליכים באופן עצמאי
- אחריות, ראש גדול ונכונות לעבודה בצוות קטן
