Job Description

• Lead the enterprise-wide implementation, governance, and scaling of Microsoft Copilot, including Agents, plugins, Connectors, and advanced extensibility capabilities.

• Prioritize and launch Copilot Agents, Connectors, and extensibility features based on business value and the organizational roadmap.

• Manage the product backlog and release pipeline while balancing business priorities with organizational readiness.

• Support user adoption initiatives by leading implementation campaigns, creating documentation, and delivering training programs to ensure controlled and effective adoption.

• Lead end-to-end approval processes in collaboration with Information Security, Legal, Privacy, and Enterprise Architecture teams.

• Manage the end-to-end intake workflow, including capability assessment, risk reviews, approvals, and exception handling.

• Maintain a comprehensive audit trail and supporting documentation to demonstrate compliance with quality standards for internal and external audits.

• Define and enforce governance guardrails for Connectors, plugins, data access, and the lifecycle management of Copilot Agents, including planning, deployment, monitoring, and retirement.

• Oversee integrations with internal and external systems, APIs, Connectors, and third-party Agents.

• Establish standards and approval criteria for securely connecting Microsoft Copilot to enterprise and external data sources.

• Build usage analytics dashboards, monitor performance, and provide reporting to measure adoption rates and return on investment (ROI).

• Manage costs and budgets, including Pay-As-You-Go governance and spend optimization to maximize business value.

• Leverage monitoring insights to continuously optimize and refine the organization's Copilot capabilities portfolio.

Job Requirements

• Hands-on, up-to-date experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including in-depth knowledge of OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) Agents, Agent Builder, Copilot Chat, Project Scout, and related extensibility capabilities.

• Extensive experience leading Compliance, Information Security, and Governance initiatives within large enterprise environments.

• Proven experience working closely with Information Security, Legal, Privacy, and Enterprise Architecture teams.

• Demonstrated ability to balance rapid innovation with operational discipline, governance, and risk management.

• Experience with Usage Analytics, Cloud Cost Management (FinOps), and Capability Lifecycle Management – an advantage.
