Role Description The Billing Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ramat Gan. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day billing activities, including preparing and issuing invoices, verifying billing data, and reconciling discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and external partners. The specialist will track payments, monitor accounts, and support the resolution of customer billing inquiries in a clear, professional manner. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, contributing to process improvements in billing operations, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between contracts, services, and invoicing. The role requires strong attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
