AI & Cloud Project Manager

Comblack is looking for an experienced AI & Cloud Project Manager to join a large and stable public sector organization in Jerusalem.

In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional technology projects from end to end—from identifying business needs and project initiation through planning, budgeting, execution, implementation, and measuring business outcomes. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, end users, development teams, and multiple vendors to ensure successful project delivery while driving innovation in AI and cloud technologies.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience managing complex IT and technology projects from initiation through full implementation.

• Proven experience planning, leading, and overseeing AI (Artificial Intelligence) and cloud-based projects.

• Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud (GCP), including cloud architecture planning, cost optimization, and system migration.

• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, tools, and enterprise AI capabilities.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently, drive cross-functional collaboration, and produce high-quality project documentation.
