We are looking for a talented Industrial Designer to join our R&D Department and help design world-class tactical gear. In this role, you will take products from initial concept through prototyping and testing, all the way to final production, ensuring our gear provides maximum value to the end-user.
Responsibilities include:
Design products that solve complex issues and provide added value for the wearer
Create patterns, mock-ups, and prototypes to take products from initial concept through refinement to final design
Work closely with other designers to integrate new technologies, construction techniques, and materials
Conduct hands-on physical testing of prototypes before external field evaluations
Participate in practical field testing of equipment within IDF or other Special Forces units
Meet tough deadlines and design within specific price points
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Apparel Design
At least 1 year of hands-on experience designing (preferably textile) products
Experience with 3D CAD design (preferably Solidworks)
High level of English (Compulsory) and conversational/professional Hebrew
A “Go-getter” with unstoppable drive and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to wear and train in military equipment, including body armor
Advantages:
Combat military experience is a significant advantage.
We also value candidates with high sewing machine competency and experience in pattern-making software (like Optitex) or additional 3D software (Fusion 360, Rhino, etc.).
Passion for the tactical gear/firearms industry and outdoor culture is highly preferred.
