הובלת צוותי השיפור תתמקד בהיבטים כגון שיפור תהליכי העבודה, שגרות ניהול, והלכי הרוח והתרבות
הובלה של תהליך שינוי במפעל לרבות ייעול תהליכים ושיפור מתמיד
מיפוי בשטח, ניתוח והבנה של תהליכים קיימים ברצפת הייצור וזיהוי צווארי בקבוק, בזבוזים וגורמי חוסר יעלות
מדידה, ניתוח נתונים והצגת תוצאות השיפור
שיפור סביבת העבודה הפיזית – S5

יכולת הנעה ללא סמכות, עבודה בצוות ויחסי אנוש מצוינים
