    We are looking for

    For our site at Bar-Lev Industrial Zone, we are looking for an Incoming Quality Inspection Manager. This is an opportunity for a meaningful leadership role at the heart of operational excellence, with a direct impact on product quality and manufacturing processes. You will lead a professional team, make critical decisions, and play a central part in maintaining the highest standards in a leading defense organization.     In this role you will

    Manage and lead the incoming quality inspection team, including task allocation, professional training, ongoing support, and performance improvement

    Take full responsibility for incoming inspection processes of raw materials, products, and suppliers in accordance with relevant procedures and standards

    Make professional decisions regarding release or rejection of items, handle deviations, and initiate non-conformance reports

    Work closely with suppliers, procurement, production, and quality teams to resolve issues, align expectations, and improve processes

    Oversee documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements, including updating and implementing procedures within the team

    Analyze data and generate quality reports to identify trends, improve performance, and present findings to management

    Lead continuous improvement initiatives in the inspection domain, including process optimization, error reduction, and response time improvement

    Take responsibility for onboarding new employees and maintaining a high level of professional knowledge within the team

    Requirements

    At least 3 years of experience managing a team in incoming quality inspection, warehouse, or quality

    In-depth familiarity with AS9100 and ISO standards

    Previous experience in incoming inspection, warehouse, or quality - advantage

    Ability to read technical drawings or specifications - advantage

    Familiarity with ERP systems - advantage

    Hebrew at a good level, technical English - advantage

    Willingness to perform light physical work (opening packages, moving boxes)

    Precision, attention to detail, high accountability, and ability to work in a multi-interface team environment
