ניהול מטריציוני מרובה ממשקים מתחומי הפיתוח, הייצור והרכש
יחסי אנוש טובים, יכולת הנעה ורתימה
אחריות, יסודיות, חריצות, עבודה תוך ריבוי משימות, מוטיבציה עצמית ומשימתיות גבוהה
הבנה טכנולוגית בעולם התוכן המקצועי (תחום הטנקים)
דרישות:
