אחריות על תהליך ההתחשבנות של נסיעות לחו"ל בהתאם לנהלי החברה.
בדיקה ואישור החזרי הוצאות ותשלומים לעובדים באמצעות מערכת SAP.
טיפול במקרים חריגים, אישורים מיוחדים וחריגות מתהליך העבודה השוטף ומהנהלים.
מתן מענה לעובדים וליווי בנושאי התחשבנות והוצאות נסיעה.
עבודה עצמאית לצד ממשקים שוטפים עם צוות מינהל נסיעות וגורמים פיננסיים בארגון. מה אנחנו מחפשים
ניסיון בסיסי בתחומי הנהלת חשבונות ו/או כלכלה - חובה.
אוריינטציה לעבודה עם נתונים ותהליכים פיננסיים - חובה.
יכולת עבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת ודיוק בפרטים - חובה.
שליטה בשפה האנגלית - חובה.
הכרות עם יישומי OFFICE - חובה.
