Koladin is a case origination intelligence platform serving plaintiff law firms, class action practices, mass arbitration firms, and litigation funders. Our platform identifies high-value legal violations before they become publicly known by monitoring digital properties, detecting statutory violations, and generating litigation-ready case files with supporting evidence and legal analysis.
Role
Koladin is seeking a Legal Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role based in Tel Aviv or New York.
You will review potential legal violations across digital privacy, consumer protection, employment, and other statutory claims, conduct legal research, evaluate litigation opportunities, and help develop litigation-ready case files. You'll work closely with attorneys, litigation funders, and our product team to strengthen case quality and improve our legal intelligence platform.
Qualifications
• JD, LLB, LLM, or equivalent legal education.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Familiarity with litigation, class actions, consumer protection, privacy, employment, or statutory claims.
• Experience drafting legal documents and reviewing contracts is a plus.
• Interest in legal technology, AI, and data-driven legal analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
