• ניהול והובלת פרויקטים בעולם החלל, משלב החוזה ועד למסירה ללקוח
• בקרת ביצוע אבני דרך ואחריות רוחבית בכלל היבטי הפרויקט (כספים, לו"ז וכד')
• הובלה ניהולית של ניסוים וסקרים
• הובלה מטריציונית מול הדיסציפלינות הרלוונטיות (קבלני משנה, גופים הנדסיים, תפעוליים וכספיים)
• ניהול ובקרה של תוכניות העבודה, תהליכי ההצטידיות, האספקה וניהול סיכוני הפרויקט מה אנחנו מחפשים
• תואר בהנדסת חשמל (BSC) - חובה
• ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים עסקיים ע"פ מתודולוגיות ניהול פרויקטים בתע"א ו/או ניסיון כמהנדס/ת ראשי/ת בפרויקט פיתוח -חובה
• ניסיון בהובלת צוותי עבודה רב משימתיים, ניהול כוח אדם מטריציוני ועבודה מול קבלני משנה ולקוחות
• שליטה בשפה האנגלית (קריאה כתיבה ודיבור)
• נכונות לעבודה תחת לחץ, עבודה מאומצת (שעות נוספות) ונסיעות לחו"ל
• ניסיון בעבודה עם פרויקטים בתחום החלל- יתרון משמעותי
• מוסר עבודה גבוה ויכולת עבודה בצוות- חובה
