Warehouse Manager

A technology company developing advanced Control systems is looking for a

Warehouse Manager to take full ownership and responsibility for the company’s warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on role and does not include team management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the company’s technical warehouse on a day-to-day basis

• Receive components and goods from local and international suppliers

• Manage inventory in the ERP system and conduct periodic cycle counts

• Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies

• Prepare and issue kits for production lines according to work plans

• Pack and ship finished products to customers in Israel and worldwide

• Work closely with international shipping providers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS

• Maintain warehouse organization, order, and logistics locations

• Collaborate with internal interfaces including Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Operations

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience managing a technical warehouse — significant advantage for experience in the electronics industry

• Full proficiency with the PRIORITY ERP system

• Familiarity with electronic components and ability to identify package types such as SMT / SOT / SOP — significant advantage

• Basic understanding of Bills of Materials (BOM)

• Very good command of Microsoft Office applications

• Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform under pressure

• Good Hebrew and English skills
