ILS Program Manager

We are looking for

An ILS Program Manager for our Haifa site, to lead Integrated Logistics Support activities for strategic programs in Israel and worldwide. In this role you will

Manage and lead ILS programs throughout the full product lifecycle

Be responsible for meeting program objectives in terms of schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction

Lead interfaces with customers, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, supply chain, and support organizations

Develop and implement logistics support solutions, maintenance concepts, spare parts, and repair activities

Manage Obsolescence and DMSMS programs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Lead status meetings, present program status to management and customers, and drive performance improvement activities

Participate in proposal preparation, tender responses, and business development activities in the ILS domain

Lead cross-functional activities in a matrix environment with multiple interfaces

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics, or a relevant field

At least 3 years of experience managing programs, projects, or ILS activities

Familiarity with logistics support, maintenance, spare parts, and product support domains

Experience working with customers in Israel and abroad

Experience working with ERP and/or PLM systems - an advantage

High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken

Strong process leadership skills, ability to work independently, and a broad system-level perspective in a multi-interface environment
