Senior Cleanliness Process Engineer

·        Be part of a growing engineering organization with real impact. What You'll Do ·        Lead the development, qualification, and continuous improvement of cleaning processes to meet product and customer cleanliness requirements.

·        Serve as the technical lead for cleanliness-related activities, working closely with customers to support process qualification, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with customer specifications.

·        Lead cross-functional task forces to investigate and resolve manufacturing, contamination, and supplier-related physical and chemical issues using structured root cause analysis.

·        Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Support teams to develop and implement robust cleaning solutions throughout the product lifecycle.

·        Ensure manufacturing and cleaning process compliance from New Product Introduction (NPI) through engineering transfer and sustained production.

·        Develop, optimize, and validate cleaning processes, equipment, and chemical technologies to improve product quality, yield, and operational efficiency.

·        Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on contamination control, process capability, reliability, and cost reduction. Qualifications ·        B.Sc. in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

·        3+ years of experience in precision cleaning, contamination control, materials engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing.

·        Knowledge of surface analysis, materials characterization, and vacuum systems.

·        Experience with DOE, SPC, FMEA, or Six Sigma (advantage).
