Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Bid Management: Assume full responsibility for managing the entire tender response process.

• Opportunity Assessment: Identify potential tenders, conduct feasibility studies to ensure organizational fit, consolidate materials, handle pricing, and manage submissions.

• Marketing Presentations: Create high-quality marketing presentations tailored to specific tender requirements.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and support the tender process from inception to completion, collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Clarification & Documentation: Draft clarification questions regarding technical specifications and requirements.

• Analysis: Perform in-depth reading and analysis of legal documents and tender specifications.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Mandatory)

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Significant advantage for experience working with public and government sectors

• Technical Skills: Proven experience in creating marketing presentations and working with graphic tools (Advantage)

• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Communication: Exceptional writing and drafting skills with the ability to work independently

• Soft Skills: Creative thinking, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to leading complex processes

• Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage and mobilize stakeholders

Position Details

• Location: Bnei Brak, on the border of Ramat Gan, a 7-minute walk from the Ben Gurion light rail station.

• Scope: Full-time position, with the option to work from home one day a week.
