התפקיד כולל הובלת ארכיטקטורת מערכת, ניהול צוותים מולטי-דיסציפלינריים והפיכת אתגרים טכנולוגיים מורכבים למוצרים חדשניים, אמינים וברי ייצור.
תחומי אחריות:
• הובלת ארכיטקטורת מערכת ואינטגרציה בין אלקטרוניקת הספק, תוכנה משובצת, אלגוריתמי בקרה ומכניקה.
• אחריות מלאה על מחזור חיי הפיתוח – מהקונספט והאב-טיפוס ועד לוולידציה והעברה לייצור.
• פיתוח מוצרים סקיילביליים, אמינים וחסכוניים בעלויות.
• יישום והטמעת מתודולוגיות פיתוח מובנות (Agile, Stage-Gate).
• ניהול והובלת צוותי פיתוח מולטי-דיסציפלינריים בישראל ובחו"ל.
• הגדרת סטנדרטים הנדסיים, תהליכי Design Review, בדיקות ואימות.
דרישות:
• לפחות 10 שנות ניסיון במו"פ בתחום מערכות אלקטרומכניות או Motion Control.
• ניסיון מוכח בניהול והובלת צוותי הנדסה מולטי-דיסציפלינריים.
• מומחיות בתחום בקרת מנועים (FOC, בקרת מומנט ומהירות, Sensor-Based / Sensorless).
• רקע חזק באלקטרוניקת הספק ובמערכות Embedded בזמן אמת (DSP, MCU או FPGA).
• ניסיון בפיתוח Embedded בשפות C/C++ ובכלי מידול כגון MATLAB/Simulink.
• היכרות עם פרוטוקולי תקשורת תעשייתיים כגון EtherCAT ו-CANopen.
• ניסיון בפיתוח מוצרים בהתאם לתקנים; היכרות עם Functional Safety ותקני IEC – יתרון.
