Project Manager & Systems Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Systems Analysis to lead end-to-end technology projects. This role combines business and technical leadership, close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, translating business needs into innovative solutions, and delivering high-impact projects across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end technology projects, from requirements gathering through analysis, development, testing, and production deployment.

• Manage and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including Business, Development, QA, Architecture, and Information Security teams.

• Lead business and technical processes, gathering and translating business requirements into technology solutions.

• Lead systems analysis and specification for Web, Mobile, Back Office systems, and integrations.

• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring successful delivery.

• Lead integrations with core financial systems, payment providers, and external partners in Microservices environments.

• Leverage AI tools to improve project management, analysis, and documentation processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing technology projects in digital environments - Must

• Proven experience leading end-to-end technology projects and managing business and technical stakeholders - Must

• Experience in Banking Systems, Payments & Clearing, Digital Wallets, Money Transfers, Open Banking, or FinTech - Must

• Experience with APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI), SQL, and Microservices architecture - Must

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools - Must

• Hands-on experience in Systems Analysis, including Web & Mobile systems analysis and complex business process analysis - Advantage

• Familiarity with information security standards and AI tools - Advantage
