Reports to: VP of Sales & Marketing About the Role: Epitomee Medical is seeking an articulate, dynamic, and highly motivated Clinical Education & Implementation Specialist to join our commercial team.
This is a unique entry-level opportunity for a medical professional (MD or PhD) looking to transition into the fast-paced MedTech industry. In this role, you will leverage your medical title and expertise to serve as a key clinical touchpoint for our global commercial operations, ensuring our product’s clinical value is effectively communicated and implemented worldwide.

Key Responsibilities: • Clinical Onboarding & Training: Conduct product training sessions, clinical masterclasses, and presentations for international distributors, sales teams, physicians, and dietitians.
• Global Support & Inquiry Management: Act as the primary address for day-to-day clinical questions from global distributors and partners, managing high-volume email correspondence and providing precise, data-backed answers.
• Official Representation: Use your professional medical title (MD/PhD) to formally represent the company’s clinical findings in professional forums, webinars, and commercial events.
• Content & FAQ Local Adoption: Assist the marketing and sales teams by translating peer-reviewed data into clear, practical guidelines, FAQs, and educational tools for commercial use. Requirements & Qualifications: • Academic Credentials: MD (Medical Doctor) or PhD in clinical/medical/life sciences is mandatory. (Excellent fit for recent graduates or non-practicing physicians looking for an industry entry point).
• Experience Level: Junior / Entry-level. No extensive industry experience required, but a passion for education, communication, and commercial medical applications is a must.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to manage extensive email communication efficiently.
• Presentation & Demeanor: Articulate, presentable, and comfortable presenting in front of professional audiences (both virtually and in person).
• Languages: Fluent English and Hebrew (Written & Spoken) – Mandatory. Fluency in Spanish or other European languages (Italian, French, German) is a significant advantage.
• Work Model: Part-time / Freelance model with high flexibility. Combines remote work (managing emails and Zoom training) with occasional on-site office alignment and event attendance.
