Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the HR department with a focus on People Strategy, Growth, and Organizational Effectiveness

• Full responsibility for the Employee Lifecycle: Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Retention, Promotion, and Offboarding

• Support, advise, and empower managers across all organizational levels (Coaching, People Management, Decision Support)

• Design, implement, and embed HR policies, processes, and procedures in a multi-departmental, multi-site environment

• Oversee Labor Law compliance: employment agreements, terms updates, hearings, offboarding, and regular coordination with legal advisors

• Develop and manage Performance Management processes, including employee feedback, appraisal, and development

• Build and lead Employee Experience & Engagement initiatives, including wellness, organizational culture, holidays, events, and cross-company programs

• Collaborate closely with senior management and partner in organizational decision-making processes

• Manage multiple HR projects simultaneously in a dynamic and growing environment

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of HR management experience in medium to large organizations

• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-growing, multi-interface environment is a significant advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Behavioral Sciences, or a relevant field

• Strong knowledge of labor law and practical application of regulations

• Proven experience in leading Recruitment, Retention, Performance & Development processes

• Ability to think strategically while being highly hands-on

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior management

• Strong decision-making, conflict management, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with AI and HR technology tools – a significant advantage

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken at a high professional level
