As a QA engineer, you will take part in ensuring the overall quality of our product, through manual testing, allowing us to deliver a high-quality product to our customers at a fast pace. You will also become a source of deep knowledge of the product and work alongside our R&D team. What are you responsible for? • Organize all data and validation sets for software testing. • Perform manual Quality Assurance (QA) testing on the software. • Test and verify new features, documenting any issues encountered. • Guide the software transition from development to implementation. • Relay client feedback to Research & Development (R&D) and management teams. • Assist in the introduction of new products and upgrades. • Document and address user-reported issues.
