Full job description

Original listing · kept for reference

We're building Luke, an autonomous AI decision engine for marketing and growth teams. Luke helps teams turn fragmented marketing, funnel, CRM, and revenue data into trusted, explainable, financially grounded decisions. We're looking for a Marketing Data Analyst / Domain Expert to help us build the analytical and semantic foundation that powers Luke's reasoning, recommendations, and decision workflows.

What You'll Do

• Help define Luke's marketing and growth domain ontology, including core entities, KPIs, formulas, business concepts, workflows, and best practices.

• Map key marketing questions, like where and why funnel leakage occurs, into structured analytical logic.

• Collaborate on the design of AI analyst reasoning paths, ensuring Luke can move from data to root-cause analysis, recommendations, and action logic.

• Help design explainable recommendation frameworks, including drivers, assumptions, confidence levels, financial impact, and suggested actions.

• Work with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate marketing expertise into reusable analytical skills, semantic rules, agent workflows, and real-life recommendations.

• Review AI-generated insights and recommendations to ensure they are accurate, practical, and aligned with how marketing and growth teams actually operate.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a data analyst, marketing analyst, growth analyst, or performance marketing analyst.

• Strong hands-on experience and deep understanding in digital marketing analytics.

• Experience working with marketing and revenue data from platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar tools.

• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks.

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Python is a plus.

• Experience with advanced AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with agentic workflows, AI automation, semantic layers, or LLM-based analytics is a strong advantage.

• Strong business judgment and ability to think like a marketing leader, not only like an analyst.

• Comfort working in an early-stage startup environment with ambiguity, speed, and hands-on execution.

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce, B2C, SaaS, marketplaces, or performance media agencies.

• Experience with attribution, MMM, incrementality testing, cohort analysis, or LTV modeling.

• Experience building dashboards, data models, metric layers, or analytics playbooks.

• Prior work with growth teams, CMOs, Heads of Growth, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or performance agencies.

Why Join Us

• Join us at the ground floor and help shape the future of AI-driven decision intelligence.

• Play a key role in teaching Luke how expert marketing analysts think, diagnose, and recommend actions.

• Turn marketing data into trusted decisions that improve CAC, ROI, growth, and revenue outcomes.
