Role Description-
• Joining as Hardware Engineering Team Lead, managing a core squad of 4 Hardware Engineers.
• Taking architectural ownership and driving end-to-end electronic system design for complex power measurement platforms—from requirement definitions to Silicon/Board Bring-up, Validation, and Mass Production transfer.
• Hands-on board design combining precision Analog circuits, ADCs, CPU/DSP architectures, high-speed interfaces, and PCB layout oversight.
• Leading circuit debug, integration, and lab testing using advanced electronic measurement equipment.
• Collaborating closely with Firmware, Software, QA, and NPI/manufacturing partners.
Requirements-
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Electronics – Mandatory
• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Hardware / Board Design Engineer – Mandatory
• 3+ years of experience leading a hardware engineering team or technical board design group – Mandatory
• Deep, proven experience in both Analog and Digital board design – Mandatory
• Strong technical background in Power Electronics, High-Speed boards, and measurement circuits – Mandatory
• Hands-on proficiency with PCB design tools (OrCAD / Allegro / Altium) – Mandatory
• Practical experience operating laboratory testing equipment (Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Power Meters) – Mandatory
• Proven track record in Board Bring-up, Integration, and transferring products to mass production (NPI) – Mandatory
