Role Description The Senior Program Manager: Semiconductors, is responsible for leading complex programs from planning through delivery, including chip design, ASIC/SoC/FPGA development, and product engineering initiatives. Day-to-day activities include managing program scope, schedules, and milestones; coordinating cross-functional engineering teams; and ensuring alignment with customer requirements and quality standards. The Senior Program Manager will oversee risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication, while driving execution across multiple projects and technology partners.
Qualifications
• Program and project management skills in semiconductor or high-tech environments, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Technical experience in semiconductor chip design and development, such as ASIC, SoC, or FPGA projects, and familiarity with related engineering workflows.
• Background in product engineering and manufacturing processes with FABs and OSATs with the ability to coordinate across design, verification, and production teams.
• Experience working with or managing technology partnerships, cross-border collaborations, or multi-site engineering programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hebrew proficiency is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team coordination, mentoring, and conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Prior experience as an R&D engineer is highly beneficial.
