      We are looking for seriously experienced people, with several years of real, hands-on track record, who understand what an opportunity it is to build in a company like this.

This is an execution (hands-on) role, not managerial: working directly on the accounts, managing campaigns, running daily optimizations, and driving results through data, creativity and business thinking.

      Please note: this is an on-site position at our Rishon LeZion office, open only to candidates based in Israel.

      What matters to us:

      • Proven, multi-year experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads and TikTok Ads

      • Experience managing significant advertising budgets

      • Hands-on experience with AI tools, used daily as a core part of the workflow (this is how we work)

      • Experience working with Claude

      • Strong analytical ability and a love for data

      • A fast learner, independent, who takes ownership

      • A strong drive to succeed and excellent English

      A plus:

      • Experience with additional media channels

      • Experience in E-commerce / DTC

      • Experience working with companies that market to the US
