A great opportunity to take full ownership of the Information Systems function in a successful investment company and become the leading technology partner for the organization.

This is BOTH a hands-on and strategic role, combining responsibility for the company’s IT infrastructure, business systems, information security, and technology roadmap, together with leading digital transformation initiatives and improving business processes through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the company’s Information Systems and IT strategy.

• Own the organization’s IT environment, including infrastructure, cloud solutions, business applications, and information security.

• Identify business needs and lead technology projects from requirements definition through implementation.

• Work closely with management and business teams to improve processes through technology, automation, and digital solutions.

• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including evaluating and implementing new technologies and AI-based solutions where relevant.

• Manage information security processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.

• Build annual work plans, manage budget, vendors, and an internal IT resource.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar Information Systems / IT management role.

• Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity, and business applications.

• Proven experience leading technology projects end-to-end.

• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical technology solutions.

• Experience managing vendors and external partners.

• Technical understanding of development processes and AI capabilities – must.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – required.

• Fluent English.
