Python Developer

Dreamhub is the first AI-native CRM purpose-built for B2B SaaS teams. Backed by the founders of MuleSoft, Datadog, and Datorama, we’re redefining how go-to-market teams operate leveraging machine learning and LLMs to automate workflows, surface deep insights, and eliminate manual data entry.

We're looking for a Python Developer to join our small team and build the integrations that connect Dreamhub with the sales tools B2B teams rely on. You'll work on both API integrations and AI-powered data processing that helps our CRM understand and act on information from external systems.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain integrations with CRMs, sales tools, and data platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, etc.)

• Design REST APIs and data pipelines that feed our AI models with structured information

• Implement robust error handling and monitoring for business-critical integrations

• Work with LLMs to process and standardize data from different systems before syncing

• Use cloud-based data warehouses to manage large-scale data flows

• Collaborate with our team to quickly ship integrations customers are asking for

Requirements:

• 4+ years programming experience in Python

• Experience building services with FastAPI

• Data warehouse experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations

• Experience with object-oriented design and unit testing using pytest

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and LLMs

• Self-starter with a passion for building real-world AI products

• CS/Engineering degree or equivalent

• Kubernetes deployment experience - advantage

• Based in Petach Tikva, Israel (hybrid schedule), next to the Shaham light train station
