• עבודת ארגון קהילתית
• קיום שיחות גיוס והנעה בתדירות גבוהה
• הגעה לשטח לפי סידור עבודה שבועי, ברחבי הארץ ובדגש על אזור מרכז הארץ
• עבודה בצוות ליווי לפי תכנית עבודה
• הובלה וליווי מאבקים מקומיים בתחום התחבורה הציבורית
`דרישות התפקיד:`
• מחויבות לקידום זכויות עובדים וצדק חברתי ולערכי "כוח לעובדים"
• יחסי אנוש מעולים ויכולת עבודה בצוות
• יכולת מוכחת לבנייה ועבודה על פי תוכניות עבודה
• ניידות וזמינות לעבודה, בכל הארץ ובדגש על אזור המרכז
• יכולת ללמוד תחום ידע וכלי עבודה חדשים

• ניסיון בליווי או הובלת התארגנויות עובדים/ מאבקי עובדים/ עבודת ארגון קהילתית
