Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Sales Staff member will manage and grow relationships with retail and wholesale customers, present product offerings, and negotiate orders in line with company objectives. Daily activities include visiting customer locations, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and ensuring product visibility and availability at points of sale. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to support promotions, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Staff member is expected to actively identify new business opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets in their territory.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and sales closing.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities, plan routes or visits, and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, including clear, professional interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency with sales reporting tools, spreadsheets, and CRM or similar systems.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work on-site, travel within the Tel Aviv District, and manage time and priorities independently.
• Previous experience in FMCG, personal care, or related distribution environments is an advantage.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but equivalent experience is considered.
