Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ISCAP SERVICES will provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the organization. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves setting long-term vision, driving business growth, and ensuring that educational services align with the needs of students and stakeholders. The CEO will oversee finance, operations, sales, and business planning, while managing senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality student outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, establishing partnerships with schools and educational institutions, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The CEO will also represent the organization externally, cultivate a positive organizational culture, and make data-driven decisions to improve programs and services.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic leadership skills, including experience in Strategic Planning and Business Planning.

• Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and organizational process improvement.

• Solid understanding of Finance, budgeting, and resource allocation for sustainable growth.

• Proven experience in Sales, business development, and partnership management.

• Prior experience in the education or training sector is highly beneficial.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead diverse teams, foster an inclusive culture, and drive change.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
