We are looking for experienced Aircraft Structures Technicians and Aircraft Sheet Metal Specialists to join one of the world's leading aerospace manufacturing programmes.

🔧 What You'll Do

Aircraft Structures & Sheet Metal

• Manufacture, repair, modify, and install aircraft structural components.

• Perform aircraft structural repairs and sheet metal work in accordance with approved aviation procedures.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, Structural Repair Manuals (SRM), work instructions, and technical documentation.

• Measure, mark, cut, shape, drill, rivet, fit, assemble, and install structural components to precise tolerances.

• Fabricate and repair aircraft skins, doublers, brackets, and structural assemblies.

• Perform structural adjustments and installation of complex aircraft assemblies.

• Apply corrosion prevention and protection treatments using approved aerospace materials and processes.

• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and aviation quality standards.

• Safely operate aviation hand tools and precision measuring equipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary production teams while following all aviation quality and safety procedures.

✔ What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an:

• Aircraft Structures Technician

• Aircraft Sheet Metal Technician

• Structural Fitter

• Aircraft Maintenance Technician (Structures)

✔ Experience performing aircraft structural assembly, repair, modification, or sheet metal work within an airline, MRO, OEM, or aerospace manufacturing environment.

✔ Experience working on commercial and/or military aircraft such as Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, ATR, Pilatus, or equivalent.

✔ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, manufacturing documentation, and technical manuals.

✔ Experience performing drilling, riveting, fitting, deburring, structural fabrication, skin repairs, and component installation.

✔ Knowledge of corrosion prevention techniques and approved aerospace materials.

✔ Experience using aviation hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

✔ Strong commitment to aviation safety, quality, and attention to detail.

✔ Basic English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Valid EASA Part-66, FAA A&P, CAAP, ANAC, CAA, or equivalent Aircraft Maintenance License.

⭐ Experience working in accordance with Structural Repair Manuals (SRM) and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM).
