We are looking for a talented and experienced AI Product Manager to join our AI Unit and lead strategic AI products and initiatives end-to-end ,from identifying business opportunities to product definition, development, launch, adoption, and measurable business impact.

What you'll do?

• Own AI products throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous improvement

• Identify high-value business opportunities and translate them into practical AI-driven solutions

• Lead product discovery, problem definition, requirements gathering, and product specifications

• Build and manage AI product roadmaps based on business value, data maturity, technical feasibility, and adoption potential

• Drive development, testing, deployment, implementation, and user adoption processes

• Measure success through real business impact, including efficiency gains, customer experience improvements, quality enhancement, cost reduction, and adoption metrics

• Collaborate closely with development, data, analytics, business, and technology stakeholders

• Lead cross-organizational initiatives and help shape Phoenix's AI capabilities and future direction

What are we looking for?

• 3–4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably across multiple product roles

• Experience working in large, matrixed, or highly collaborative organizations

• Proven experience working with development, data, analytics, information systems, or technology teams

• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders

• Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and strategic execution capabilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including PRDs, presentations, and executive-level storytelling

• Genuine passion for technology and a strong interest in AI, GenAI, Data, and Automation

• Experience working in Agile environments and thriving in fast-paced settings

Significant Advantage

• Experience with AI, GenAI, Data, Analytics, Automation, or complex digital products

• Experience implementing products in large organizations, not only building them

• Familiarity with financial services, insurance, banking, or investment domains
