Airis Labs transforms user-generated content into actionable field intelligence for government agencies worldwide. Our platform empowers frontline analysts with multi-modal AI tools that extract clarity from chaos enabling rapid insight across fragmented, unstructured media.

We’re looking for a Bookkeeper & Payroll Manager to anchor our day-to-day financial operations. You’ll own the full payroll cycle, keep our books audit ready across multiple entities and currencies, and make sure every vendor, expense, and bank account ties out cleanly. This is a detail driven role with real responsibility - you’ll be the person the finance team counts on to keep the numbers right.

What You’ll Own

• Manage the full payroll cycle end-to-end: onboarding, insurance, terminations, and everything in between

• Reconcile all balance sheet and P&L accounts on a monthly basis

• Own accounts payable workflows - vendor creation (local and international), invoice processing, and AP reconciliation

• Manage foreign vendor tax deductions and ensure compliance

• Process vendor invoices and payments in a multi-currency ERP environment

• Handle bank uploads and payment execution within the ERP system

• Manage credit card documentation, journal entries, and expense tracking

• Record customer payments - wires, credit card transactions, and allocations

• Oversee travel reports and employee reimbursements

• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data

• Drive intercompany reconciliation across group entities

• Manage accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis

• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and related reporting

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, rules, and applicable standards

Certified Payroll Accountant - required

• Certified Bookkeeper (Level 3 or above) - required

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a high-tech company - required

• Fluent English, spoken and written - required

• Hands-on experience with Priority ERP and Shiklulit - required

• Experience with NetSuite ERP - advantage

• High proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel functions

• Ability to work independently while following established policies and procedures

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Why Airis Labs?

• Small team of exceptional people

• Fast execution and real ownership

• Production systems already used by paying customers

• High ownership, healthy work life balance, no hero culture
