We are on an expedition to find you, someone who is passionate about crafting intuitive, conversational, and intelligent user experiences. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how users interact with AI balancing the precision of technology with the nuance of human-centered design.
The Dream-Maker Responsibilities:
Design intuitive, user-centered solutions in a data-rich environment.
Drive the evolution of our design language to support intelligent systems, including suggestion flows, and explainable AI patterns.
Translate complex workflows into accessible product experiences
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, cyber researchers and fellow designers
Advocate for user trust and transparency in AI design, especially around decision-making, nudges, and personalization.
Present your work across disciplines and senior stakeholders with clarity, storytelling, and rationale.
Take ownership from concept through execution to post-launch iteration.
Facilitate design reviews, usability tests, and continuous iteration
Contribute to the Design System and design culture.
The Dream Skill Set:
5+ years of experience designing digital products end to end
Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and refined UI execution
Proficiency in Figma and a solid grasp of design best practices.
Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A proactive mindset and comfort with fast-paced, iterative work environments.
A fascination with how people interact with technology-especially emerging modalities like AI, predictive systems and complex data.
Strong storytelling and communication skills-you can break down complex AI functionality into user-first, value-driven narratives.
BA/BS in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
