We are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist Tech Lead to help build next-generation predictive systems that power advanced sports insights and betting intelligence.
Our team develops high-precision, real-time predictive models using advanced statistical techniques, large-scale simulation engines, and rich historical datasets to deliver accurate and actionable forecasts.
What We Do:
• Advanced Predictive Modeling: Build precise, real-time statistical and ML models for sports outcomes.
• Sports Simulations: Analyze strategies, player behaviors, and game dynamics to simulate events and compute odds.
• Performance Forecasting: Predict lineups, player performance, in-game scenarios, and more.
Role Responsibilities:
• Develop statistical and Machine learning prediction sports models.
• Engineer and leverage years of historical sports data assets.
• Test and ensure model accuracy through automation tests.
• Bring Innovations and act as a source of knowledge.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to bring models to production.
Requirements:
• Masters, or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field – Must.
• 4+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, statistical \ Tabular data modeling.
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, guiding technical roadmaps and mentoring peers.
