• ניהול תוכנית ILS משלב הכנת ההצעה עד התנעת התוכנית וביצועה.
• ניהול דרישות הלקוח, מימוש ובקרה אחר פעילות קבלני משנה.
• השתתפות בסיקרי תיכון והשפעה על התכן בהיבט תחזוקתיות.
• הגדרת תפיסת האחזקה בפרויקט, בהתאם למאפייני הלקוח ודרישותיו ובהתאם, גיבוש המלצות על דרגי תיקון.
• חישוב, הגדרה, גיבוש, אספקה של חלפים , צב"דים וצת"תים בפרויקטים השונים.
• ניהול דרישות תשתית לדרגי התחזוקה, רשימות חלפים וציוד עזר ובדיקה.
• הכנה והובלת ביצוע ספרות והדרכות לקוח בארץ ובחו"ל.
• עבודה מול ממשקים רבים כגון: לקוחות, קבלני משנה, צוותי הנדסה, ראשי פרויקטים עסקיים ועוד. מה אנחנו מחפשים
• הנדסאי.ת / מהנדס.ת חשמל / אלקטרוניקה /מכונות – חובה.
• ניסיון של לפחות 4 שנים בתחום ILS / תכנון ותחזוקת מערכות – חובה.
• ניסיון מוכח בהנעת עובדים במטריצה ויחסי אנוש טובים – חובה.
• רקע בתרגום ועריכה טכנית של חומרי תיעוד טכניים ושיווקיים: מסמכי SOW, סקרי לקוח, תוכן שיווקי, הצעות מחיר וכו' –חובה.
• אנגלית טכנית ברמה טובה מאוד – חובה.
• נכונות לנסיעות לחו"ל – חובה.
• ביצוע תפקיד בתחום תחזוקת מערכות בשירות צבאי – יתרון משמעותי.
