The company develops advanced non-kinetic counter-drone technology designed to support control, safety, and operational continuity during unauthorized drone incidents in complex and sensitive environments.
This is a multidisciplinary validation role that connects HW & RF validation with complex system-level testing.
Responsibilities
• Plan, develop, and execute manual and automated validation test plans for RF, hardware, SDR, and complex system-level architectures.
• Perform end-to-end system testing for tactical, multilayer systems, including integration with additional systems.
• Validate performance, reliability, and compliance with system requirements across RF/HW and system environments.
• Conduct hardware product testing, failure analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigation.
• Prepare comprehensive validation plans, including ATP / DTP documentation, test reports, and data-driven analysis.
• Present validation findings, technical insights, and performance analysis to R&D teams.
• Work closely with RF, hardware, embedded software, system, and integration teams to support product quality and readiness.
Required Qualifications
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant technological field
• At least 5 years of experience in RF system testing and validation
• Deep understanding of RF parameters and concepts such as S-Parameters, EVM, BER, NF, P1dB, Phase Noise, and Link Budget
• Hands-on experience working with advanced RF test equipment from vendors such as Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, or Anritsu

• Experience working in Linux environments
