המנכ"ל/ית יהיה/תהיה אחראי/ת לגיבוש והובלת האסטרטגיה של המרכז, פיתוח והרחבת פעילותו, יצירת שותפויות אסטרטגיות, גיוס משאבים ומקורות מימון, קידום יזמות טכנולוגית
ותעסוקה איכותית, וחיבור יזמים וחברות הזנק למשקיעים, קרנות הון סיכון, התעשייה, האקדמיה ומשרדי הממשלה.
תחומי אחריות
• גיבוש והובלת האסטרטגיה העסקית והמקצועית של המרכז.
• פיתוח והרחבת פעילות המרכז, לרבות תוכניות חדשנות, אקסלרטורים, חממות טכנולוגיות, מיזמי יזמות ושיתופי פעולה עם התעשייה, האקדמיה, משרדי הממשלה ושותפים בארץ ובעולם.

• ניהול צוות המרכז, התקציב ועמידה ביעדי הארגון.

Requirements:
• ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בתפקיד ניהולי בכיר הכולל גיבוש אסטרטגיה, ניהול צוותים ותקציבים.
• ניסיון מוכח בהקמה או בניהול של מרכזי חדשנות, אקסלרטורים, חממות טכנולוגיות, חברות הזנק (Start-ups) או מיזמים טכנולוגיים.
• היכרות מעמיקה עם אקו־סיסטם החדשנות וההייטק בישראל, לרבות פיתוח עסקי, ליווי יזמים, מסחור טכנולוגיות, מנגנוני השקעה ובניית שותפויות אסטרטגיות עם קרנות הון סיכון, משקיעים, חברות הייטק, אקדמיה וגופי ממשל.
• ניסיון בגיוס משאבים, תקציבים ופיתוח מקורות מימון, לצד הובלת מהלכים אסטרטגיים המייצרים צמיחה והשפעה.
• היכרות מעמיקה עם החברה הערבית בישראל וניסיון בקידום יזמות, חדשנות, תעסוקה ופיתוח כלכלי.
• ניסיון בעבודה מול משרדי ממשלה ובפרט מול רשות החדשנות – יתרון משמעותי.
• תואר ראשון – חובה; תואר שני בתחום רלוונטי – יתרון.
• שליטה מלאה בעברית; אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – חובה. שליטה בערבית – יתרון משמעותי.
• יכולת מנהיגות, ראייה אסטרטגית, יוזמה ויכולת ניהול והובלת ארגון בסביבה דינמית, תוך עמידה ביעדים אסטרטגיים, רגולטוריים ותקציביים.
