About the Role
Renewable Energy Company is looking for an experienced Project Finance Manager to join our Project Finance Deal Team. This is a key role within the organization, offering the opportunity to actively participate in the execution of complex project finance transactions across multiple projects, while working closely with lenders, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will take ownership of critical workstreams and support transactions throughout their lifecycle—from structuring and negotiation through financial close—with the potential to lead transactions independently over time.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and execute project finance transactions across a portfolio of projects.
• Lead and coordinate key transaction workstreams, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Work closely with lenders, legal and financial advisors, and internal teams throughout the financing process.
• Analyze and evaluate financing structures, term sheets, and loan documentation.
• Review and navigate financial models to support financing and investment decisions.
• Contribute to transaction structuring, negotiations, due diligence, and financial close activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
• 4–8 years of experience in project finance, gained in banking, financial advisory, infrastructure funds, or IPP environments.
• Proven hands-on experience in project finance transactions, preferably through financial close.
• Strong understanding of financing structures, term sheets, and loan documentation.
• Ability to understand, review, and work with financial models at a high level.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in renewable energy projects – a significant advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
