As a Supplier Sourcing & Procurement Specialist you will take ownership of all supplier-related communication. This role involves identifying and establishing relationships with new production facilities and suppliers worldwide, obtaining competitive quotes, and negotiating contracts. The specialist will work closely with the Product Engineer to filter products and ensure they meet quality control (QC) and lab testing requirements before moving forward with any new supplier.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify new suppliers and production facilities globally, with a focus on China, India, Israel, Indonesia, Morocco, and other strategic regions.
• Communicate with existing and potential suppliers to negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times.
• Request and analyze quotes, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Work closely with the Product Engineer to evaluate potential products and ensure compliance with QC standards and lab testing requirements before onboarding new suppliers.
• Review and negotiate contracts to align with company standards and long-term supply needs.
• Maintain clear documentation of supplier agreements, pricing, and key terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sourcing aligns with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and production capabilities in different markets.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Experience working with Chinese factories is a must.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to assess supplier reliability, pricing structures, and production capabilities.
• Experience in quality control and lab testing processes is a plus.
• Experience in eCommerce, Amazon FBA, or consumer goods is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and supplier management tools.
• Fluency in English is required; Mandarin or other relevant languages (e.g., Hindi, Arabic) is a plus.
