Responsibilities
• Develop ethical guidelines: Establish ethical standards and guidelines for AI development and deployment.
• Conduct ethical assessments: Evaluate projects for fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Collaborate with teams: Work with engineers, designers, and policy experts to ensure ethical compliance.
• Educate stakeholders: Provide training on AI ethics to internal teams and external partners.
• Influence policy: Assist in developing policies and regulations that promote responsible AI use.
Qualifications
• Advanced degree in ethics, philosophy, law, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and ethical frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for training and advocacy.
