In this role, you’ll partner closely with regional leaders and senior management, providing strategic compensation guidance that supports business goals and drives talent outcomes. You’ll work across diverse functions - including R&D, Sales, Customer Support, and Operations, designing competitive and locally relevant Total Rewards programs aligned with our global strategy.
What You’ll Do
• Partner with managers and senior leaders on compensation, mobility, promotions, and retention
• Drive market benchmarking, pricing, and compensation design
• Work closely with regional leadership to ensure a smooth annual compensation cycle
• Manage regional benefits programs and vendor partnerships (health, retirement, wellness, leaves, insurance, and allowances) across EMEA and APAC
• Ensure compliance with labor, tax, and pay transparency regulations
M&A & Integration (EMEA & APAC)
• Lead compensation & benefits due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
• Assess target company rewards structures and identify risks and gaps
• Support integration and harmonization, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
• 5+ years in Total Rewards in a global, multi-country environment
• Strong knowledge of EMEA labor markets and compensation practices
• Experience supporting M&A and post-merger integration (PMI)-an advantage
• Advanced analytical and compensation modeling skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate independently while aligning with global strategy
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
