Bruker’s Semiconductor Division is the leader in automated atomic force microscopy (AAFM) and advanced X-ray metrology and defect inspection tools for the silicon and compound semiconductor industries. The division offers the most comprehensive portfolio tools, based on X-ray technologies including XRR (X-ray reflectometry), XRF (X-ray fluorescence), XRD (X-ray diffraction), XRDI (X-ray diffraction imaging) and others. The X-ray business unit is based in Migdal Ha’Emek, Israel with facilities in Durham UK, Karlsruhe, Germany and support offices and sales representatives worldwide.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will be responsible for defining, creating, and executing tests for X-ray metrology tools and applications developed by the software group. You will also be responsible for managing all test cases and test documents (STP, STR, etc), using relevant methodologies and tools, as required. We are looking for an experienced software tester to join our team. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Define overall STP and STD for all products
• Design, develop and execute test cases
• Drive testing automation
• Collaborate with all relevant teams, to ensure complete comprehension of our product requirements
• Communicate clearly and concisely (in Hebrew and in English)
• Mentor junior testers
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 2 years of experience as a software tester.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
• Proven experience in writing test cases and test plans based on new feature requirements.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners and Development teams to ensure testability and quality throughout the SDLC.
• Hands-on experience in software testing of large-scale systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with industry standard tools such as: Azure DevOps, ALM, Jira.
• Self-learner.
