SE7EN is an advertising technology company building smarter ways for brands, agencies, and media partners to reach and engage audiences.

Operating across New York and Tel Aviv, we combine programmatic advertising, data, technology, and automation to improve how our business and platform operate at scale.

About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and technically curious Product Manager & AI Automation Specialist to help improve the systems, workflows, and processes that power SE7EN.

This role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, automation, data, finance, and programmatic advertising. You will identify inefficient processes, build practical automation solutions, support core business operations, and help teams make better decisions using accurate data.

Approximately half of the role will focus on AI, automation, and process improvement. The other half will focus on programmatic operations, revenue tracking, reporting, and cross-functional business support.

This is a to z role with substantial responsibility and exposure across the company. It is suited to someone who enjoys solving operational problems, learning new tools, and turning unclear or manual processes into structured systems.

Key Responsibilities

AI, Automation and Process Improvement

• Identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient workflows across the company.

• Design, test, and implement AI-powered and automated solutions.

• Build and maintain workflows using tools such as Make, Zapier, APIs, and lightweight scripts.

• Evaluate new AI tools and determine where they can create measurable business value.

• Develop reusable prompts, templates, workflows, and internal documentation.

• Support employees in adopting AI tools safely and effectively.

• Monitor existing automations, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve performance.

• Translate business requirements into clear technical workflows.

Programmatic and Business Operations

• Monitor operational, performance, and revenue data across SSP, DSP, publisher, and demand partnerships.

• Work closely with Finance on billing reconciliation, revenue reporting, discrepancies, and month-end processes.

• Prepare recurring reports and dashboards for leadership and business teams.

• Investigate data inconsistencies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.

• Support operational projects from initial scoping through implementation and follow-up.

• Coordinate across teams in Tel Aviv and New York.

• Document processes and help establish scalable operating procedures.

• Support high-priority operational and administrative projects when required.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, finance operations, technical support, project coordination, or another analytical role.

• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, data organization, and analysis.

• Practical familiarity with generative AI tools such as Codex or Claude.

• Strong interest in automation, systems, and process improvement.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with financial and operational data.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through to completion.

• A proactive mindset and willingness to independently investigate problems.

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Bonus: We would love to see examples of AI-powered tools, automations, workflows, agents, prototypes, or experiments you have built.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Make, Zapier, Power Automate, n8n, or similar automation platforms.

• Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL, or APIs.

• Familiarity with programmatic advertising, AdTech, digital media, SSPs, or DSPs.

• Experience working with CRM, reporting, or business intelligence platforms.

• Familiarity with tools such as Looker, Tableau, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, or Airtable.

• Experience working with financial or revenue data.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first six months, you will be expected to:

• Build and launch automations that reduce manual work and improve accuracy.

• Take ownership of recurring operational and reporting workflows.

• Improve the quality and reliability of revenue and performance reporting.

• Document key processes and reduce dependency on undocumented knowledge.

• Become a trusted operational partner to Finance, leadership, and commercial teams.

• Identify new opportunities where AI and automation can create measurable business impact.

What We Offer

• Direct exposure to leadership and multiple areas of the business.

• Hands-on experience implementing AI and automation in real business workflows.

• Collaboration with teams across Tel Aviv and New York.

• The opportunity to take ownership early and see the direct impact of your work.

• A path to grow into broader ownership across automation, operations, data, or product-related initiatives.
